Refund & Return Policy

At Mewa Sutra, we take utmost care in sourcing, packing, and delivering premium-quality dry fruits, nuts, seeds, granola, and healthy snacks. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

  • A product with broken or tampered packaging

  • A product that is expired or unfit for consumption

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds & Replacements

Upon verification of your claim, Mewa Sutra may offer:

  • A replacement of the affected product, or

  • A full or partial refund, as deemed appropriate

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance of natural products

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
